Known for completing complex projects on time and on budget, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure every project meets our clients’ expectations.
Nicole S. Jarvis, Vice President
Nicole serves as the Vice President of Crossfire Contracting, capitalizing on a broad understanding of the construction market and an ethics-based, people-first leadership approach to drive the company’s growth and success. She is passionate about cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and empowering the Crossfire team to exceed expectations. With expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and strategic planning, Nicole consistently delivers projects that align with the company’s long-term objectives and financial goals.
Beyond her professional role, Nicole is a devoted advocate for community, prioritizing the needs and engagement of her customers. She believes that community is not just a market, but an integral part of the business’s identity—critical to creating lasting value in the construction industry. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Wyoming, a foundation that continues to strengthen her leadership and decision-making.
